Identify 5 min a day, every day, for the next 31 days to draw.
Add this to your calendar or make a note so you won’t forget.
#2:
Decide NOW - where you will put your drawings and what tools you will use.
Simple is best. - I recommend a dedicated notebook/sketchbook, pad of scratch paper, pad of sticky notes, etc.
#2a:
If your notebook is large, draw a few 2x2 inch squares on a few pages - this will be your workspace.
Or if you are feeling frisky, use some washi tape to make a grid of 2x2 squares on your page. Trying to cover an entire notebook page in 5 min can be frustrating, and we want this to be as low-lift as possible so you finish all 31 days.
#2b:
Choose one pencil or pen, maybe a marker, highlighter, or a colored pencil if you want, but again keep it very simple.
The more choices you have, the less likely you are to stick with your 5 min a day. Once you choose, stick with it for the whole month.
