That's exactly who Doodle Rebellion was built for. The entire experience is designed around people who are convinced they have zero creativity.
The facilitator meets everyone where they are — no judgment, no comparison, no wrong answers. The people who "can't draw" are usually the ones who have the most fun.
How does this work as team building?
It works because it levels the playing field completely. Your VP and your newest hire are both starting from the same place. There's no seniority, no expertise advantage, and no one checking their email.
